As a long-standing partner, Rieber took part in the 8th Qatar Culinary Professionals Roadshow. Our ACS Front Cooking Station supported the culinary competitions on site – innovative, sustainable, and close to the professionals.

Head Chef Andreas Reuther and Sebastian Dietrich are impressed in many ways – digital HACCP documentation has resulted in significant time savings. Not only the WKD (German Association for the Health and Medical Care) praises the system, but users also provide positive feedback, as it has been adapted to the clinic's individual requirements and concept. The photo function, for example, has created complete transparency and clarity. The quality of goods receiving and supplier management has also improved significantly.
