In combination with the varithek® module system, the acs gets maximum flexibility for any type of preparation with the GN cooking pot thermoplates® made of unique SWISS-PLY multilayer material for best food quality. The simple adjustment of the various varithek® modules (400 modules directly, 1/1 modules in combination with AST system support), in the lowered, tightly welded adjustment niche for up to 2 modules, allow you any combination of functions and quick exchange - from grill, pasta & fryer to ceramic or induction modules.
