Filling and sealing – digital and process-safe. Rieber is not only transforming food logistics digitally but is already starting directly in production with filling and sealing. By connecting to merchandise management systems, all process steps are seamlessly integrated and digitally controlled.

For many years, the Restaurant Lange am Markt in Ludwigsburg has been using and cooking with Rieber products upstairs in its own cooking school – from stationary kitchen blocks, sinks, refrigeration units and refrigerators to the thermoport^® and our GN container system. From the very beginning, the Lange am Markt responded to the food-to-go trend that has been on the increase for a long time with the motto “Multi-cycle rather than disposable” and this is achieved in the Rieber GN system. 

On May 2, after seven months of construction, the traditional topping-out ceremony took place. The ceremony was attended by ambassadors, representatives, the pavilion director, and representatives of the business community.
