K|POT® & K|POT® CONNECT

No matter what your serving requirements, the K|POT® offers you a mobile and highly functional solution, without the need for your food to be overcooked or lukewarm, without unnecessary energy consumption and without the need for high staffing levels. Catering at the touch of a button – with our classic K|POT® or the new app-controlled K|POT® CONNECT. Available in standardised GN sizes, for maximum process efficiency and in a wide range of functions, such as power-free (passive), hot or cold holding variants (ceran/induction). The housing of the K|POT® in a classic stainless steel look or with a high-quality powder coating in a silk matt black finish. 

With the new K|POT® CONNECT, the CONNECT Cockpit can be used to create individual programs and then control them via an app on the hob – and it is easy to use to achieve perfect results at the touch of a button. The programs can be perfectly adapted to the regeneration of frozen (Cook & Freeze dishes), cold or hot food in GN-thermoplates®. Also includes HACCP-compliant safety notifications via the LED display and app. The app also offers 6 cooking levels on the control dial for perfect frying, grilling, cooking and steaming. 

The classic, functionally designed table-top unit, also available as a built-in version for perfect integration into your serving station. The automated program change option gives your food the desired finish on its own or through individual show cooking right in front of the guest.

The GN-thermoplates® C in a catering design with rounded corners is perfect for an attractive look on the stylish K|POT®. The stylish cooking and buffet lids offer the matching GN lid variants for hot holding and for hygiene protection when serving. Through the combination with the thermoplates® in GN format, made of SWISS-PLY multi-layer material, which conducts the direct contact heat from the K|POT® in a particularly energy-efficient and absolutely uniform manner, the food quality is perfectly regenerated, kept hot, freshly grilled, fried or cooked à la minute at the buffet.

The thermoplates® are also compatible with all other appliances, such as on an induction hob, ceramic hob, electric cooker or in a combi steamer and can therefore be used across all processes, whereby they optimise your efficiency.

In addition to the mobile kitchen, our multipolar® community refrigerator is perfect for all offices where employees share a refrigerator. In this way, employees’ snacks can be chilled together and food placed in the thermoplates® can be removed directly and practically heated or regenerated easily on the K|POT® CONNECT via an app, thereby saving time and money. The advantage of the shared refrigerator on the one hand is its space efficiency and, on the other hand, the energy efficiency of the refrigerator itself and during use. When the small individual compartments are opened, only a fraction of the chilled air escapes, thus saving considerable electricity and energy. 

Available in a classic style with a key opening system or in the new multipolar® Connect with an app opening system, whereby the compartments can be flexibly assigned to the users. In this way, everyone can store their food individually and safely in their own lockable compartment. The CONNECT model with 10 individual compartments, the classic model variants are available with 4-16 individual compartments with a perfect constant temperature thanks to the circulating air refrigeration. In addition, each model can be enhanced with a main key for even greater safety. 

The multipolar® is also available on request with a high-quality glass door and robust castors for the mobile solution or, for a stylish look, with a high-quality glass door or decorative frame in which a decorative trim up to a thickness of 6 mm can be used. The height of the multipolar® can also be raised by means of a stable base frame made of stainless steel. In this way, you have a flexibly adaptable and efficient cooling solution in one for many employees, even in confined spaces.

Rieber acs, the mobile front cooking station with innovative extraction technology. Thanks to the integrated extraction technology, the acs offers unlimited flexibility and mobility when cooking and front cooking becomes an experience – without any undesirable odours. The front cooking station is digitally controllable and is equipped with a reliable, multi-layer filter system in the substructure consisting of a grease, active carbon and pollutant filter and all models are also available in the O3 version for even more efficient filtering – with additional patented plasma technology. The plasma generator not only neutralises the odours, but also kills bacteria and microorganisms.

The acs benefits from maximum flexibility for any type of cooking in combination with the varithek® system. The easy insertion of the versatile varithek® modules (400 modules directly, 1/1 modules in combination with the AST system module), in the recessed, tightly welded insertion niche for up to 3 modules allows for any combination of functions and the quick exchange of modules. Whether cooking, grilling, frying, woking, steaming, cooling, hot holding or deep-frying, the versatile varithek® system modules offer the right function for every application. 

With a wide range of modules from a ceramic hob or induction hob to a hybrid cold/hot plate or grill plate made from unique SWISS-PLY multi-layer material or the pasta boiler and deep-fryer in one. All varithek® system products are standardised, GN-compatible and therefore offer maximum flexibility.

Rollito

As a free-flow system, the Rollito system offers the perfect solution for professional demands and high-quality design. With a variety of functions ranging from neutral, hot holding with a bain-marie or hot plates, varithek®, cold holding with refrigeration wells or refrigerated showcases, drive-in buffets, cash till, beverage and corner buffet modules. For a system concept, the Rollito systems are designed with well-developed commercial kitchen technology in GN sizes ranging from 2x 1/1 to 4x 1/1. 

The buffet elements can be arranged simply and flexibly in a modular configuration, suitable for the size of your company and can be arranged in a standalone, linear or free-flow set-up depending on the spatial conditions. Thanks to the variety of modules, you can quickly assemble your food serving station or change and extend it if necessary. 

With the extensive model variants and the many equipment options, the Rollito buffet system is very flexible and can be perfectly integrated into any interior design. Your individual colour preferences can be reproduced on the front of the unit. All types of wooden décor are possible. Very exclusive front panelling with decorative surfaces made of CNS and a transparent lacquered finish are also available.

Choose from 3 carcass lengths. Each carcass can be combined with a variety of gantries. The gantries are not permanently fixed and therefore can be easily removed. More than 20 different versions will meet all our requirements and integrate into any planning. All the modules can be used on their own or in combination. Functional bridges in the modules contain the reliable, easy-to-use technology. You can assemble your desired module in three simple steps. Step 1: select the desired function. Step 2: select the desired carcass length. Step 3: select the appropriate gantry. We recommend specific gantries for some functions.

Our varithek® line offers system diversity based on the Gastronorm standard, which allows you to create individual combinations and ensures a high level of efficiency in the process of storing, preparing, cooking and serving food and beverages. Both in terms of use and performance, the varithek® Buffet offers you an economically successful operation and a variety of options to make your culinary range an experience, with low throughput times and operating costs (energy and cleaning costs). 

The buffet benefits from maximum flexibility for any type of cooking in combination with the varithek® cooking modules. The lighting / thermal bridge (depending on the requirements) facing the guest is equipped with a glass panel and therefore provides a clear view of the freshly prepared food. The lighting / thermal bridge also serves as a germ guard and food serving element for perfect hygiene.

The refrigerated module completes the cooking chain of the varithek® Buffet. A refrigeration well with quiet refrigeration is fitted into the stainless steel worktop. The storage capacity of the refrigeration well is 3 x GN 1/1 with a useful depth of 200 mm. The refrigeration range of the quiet refrigeration is between +2°C and +10°C. Alternatively, circulating-air refrigeration with primary and secondary refrigeration is also available whereby a curtain of cold air is blown over the fresh products. The refrigerated module is also available as a showcase or free-standing salad bar. 

The neutral module can be used to extend a varithek® Buffet. The stainless steel worktop is designed as a surface on which varithek® GN ports can be placed and can accommodate GN 1/1 containers or ceran hobs to create a simple serving unit. A number of configurations of products from the whole range can be inserted below the stainless steel worktop to suit the user's requirements: GN containers, various thermomat® and thermoport® models. This module is designed without a lighting bridge to provide space for all the accessories required in the buffet area: decoration, food serving equipment, etc, Mobility: all modules are available as floor-standing units or as mobile units on castors.

The hot holding and cooling modules, as well as a neutral module can be combined in any configuration with the cooking module depending on the room situation and requirements. The panelling can also be selected to suit the spatial setup. This turns the food serving station into a complete front cooking kitchen that also looks attractive.
