Rollito Modules

The Rollito with GN warming trays is suitable for holding (wet-heatable) and serving hot food in GN containers or thermoplates®. The design options with GN containers of different sizes can be increased by using matching lengthwise (84190101) and crosswise (84190201) bars.

The trays are hygienically drawn into the top without joints, suitable for GN 2/3 or 4x GN 1/1 with a maximum depth of 200 mm.  Fitted with a ½" ball drain tap for easy emptying and cleaning and flush-mounted in the base 2 / 3 or 4 heaters, each with 800 watts, 230V, which is suitable for wet heating only. The warming tubs are thermostatically adjustable from +30 °C to + 110 °C.

The warming tray has stainless steel panelling on 4 sides. The guest side is clad with a 240 mm high front panel painted in RAL-DS 030 50 60 (red).

Cladding of course also possible in other RAL colours, see listing above.

The Rollito hot buffet with keep-warm basin is suitable for keeping hot (wet & dry heatable) and serving hot food, in GN containers or thermoplates®.

The 2/3 or 4x 1/1 GN wells are hygienically drawn into the top surface without joints, with a depth of 210 mm. Fitted with a central drain and a ½" ball drain cock for easy emptying and cleaning and flush-mounted under the base 2 or 3 heaters with 800 watts each, 230 V, suitable for wet as well as dry heating. With dry heating, significant energy savings and less cleaning effort for the basins. The warming basins are thermostatically adjustable from +30 °C to + 110 °C.

By using longitudinal (84190101) and transverse (84190201) bars, smaller GN can also be used.

Note: If only a 230 V socket is available on site, the basins can also be equipped with 425 Watt heaters. Please note that the total connected load must not exceed 3500 watts.

With the Rollito table-top display case with integrated refrigerator, pre-cooled food such as salads, fruit or desserts can be offered fresh on 3 levels. By adjusting the glass shelves of the display case, you can also use the model as a beverage station to place bottles below.

Note: Please note that this is not a storage showcase. Due to the delta`T of ESG glass, the panes on the display cases may mist up. (Temperature difference between a cooling surface and the ambient air).

The table model (83031102) with convection cooling, for mounting on the Rollito Universal (RO-UN-4) (77010350).

The refrigerated display case is made of hygienic stainless steel, material no.: 1.4301 (CNS), in double-walled construction and insulated base, side walls and lid. On the service side there are 2 sliding doors made of laminated safety glass, 6 mm thick. The refrigerated display cabinet body is 638 mm high and made of stainless steel. A stainless steel lid is fitted on top, 139 mm thick all round. The base is 21 mm thick and also insulated, all edges are right-angled.

The total height of the refrigerated display case is 798 mm.

The evaporator and fan are securely mounted in the top of the lid. The evaporator of the cooling tray is completely encapsulated, with slope and defrost water drain.

On the guest side, there are 6 removal flaps made of crystal-clear polyester, which can be used to easily remove the chilled food with a moulded handle. The flap dimensions in the light are approx. 508 mm. The interior is attractively fitted with lighting and 2 glass shelves made of 8 mm laminated safety glass, with shelf dimensions of 1026 x 480 mm.

The capacity is 9 x GN 1/1 over 3 display shelves.

The refrigerated display case is equipped with convection cooling, automatic defrost and defrost water evaporation, complete with integrated refrigerating machine. The refrigerator compartment is located on the right or left side, with built-in switches. The temperature is thermostatically adjustable from +6 to +12 °C.

The unit including thermostat with digital display, on/off switch. Radial fan, evaporator and expansion valve for refrigerant R134a.

The unit in plug-in version with 2 m long electric supply cable with Schuko plug. (Machine compartment on the right or left). Machine compartment on the right for use on Rollito universal (RO-UN-4).

The side panelling is made of stainless steel at the front, the refrigerator compartment is also clad on 3 sides in stainless steel, with ventilation slits on the operating side, and smooth stainless steel trim on the guest side and front.

The Rollito cold buffet with cooling trays and integrated cooling machine (silent cooling), pre-cooled food such as salads, fruit or desserts can be offered fresh. The design options with different-sized GN containers/thermoplates® can be increased by using matching lengthwise (84190101) and crosswise (84190201) bars. Also suitable as a drinks station (bottle cooling), as it can be filled with crushed ice.

The cooling trays are hygienically drawn into the top surface without joints, with a depth of 210 mm, suitable for 2/3, 4x 1/1 GN. The trays are pierced and insulated with CFC-free PU foam. Fitted with a ½" ball drain cock for easy emptying and cleaning. The cooling machine is mounted ready to plug in in the base, safely protected in a stainless steel housing. The cooling range extends from +2 °C to + 10 °C with refrigerant R134a.

Rollito with varithek® with shelf for V-AST-255 suitable for keeping hot food hot and serving it in GN containers or thermoplates®. Not suitable for use as a solo buffet.

Integrated into the top cover, a recessed shelf, intended for inserting 2 or 3 varithek® on-table system supports (AST), model V-AST255 (91050102 accessories), for holding/inserting varithek® ceramic hob or cutting/working surface (see accessories).

A stainless steel box is built underneath the function module. Mounted ready to plug in, with 4 or 5 230 V earthed sockets, 2 or 3 of which are intended for the varithek® ceramic hobs (91010150 accessories). The Rollito cashier's buffet with integrated seating niche in which a cash register can be easily installed and used integratively with the other modules. The cashier's buffet is designed as an end buffet or free-standing.

The Rollito Plus module (plate dispenser) with drive-in niche for plate dispensers on the operator side, the practical addition to any serving situation. The drive-in niche is available with either 550 mm for 1 tube or 925 mm for 2 tubes, for the precise insertion of a plate dispenser.

Our Rollito Plus (acs) with operator-side retraction niche (1025 mm) for retracting dishwashers or Varithek acs 1000 ec-digital, with plasma technology on request.

With the Rollito connector (corner), 2 Rollito's can be coupled in 3 variants across the corner to save space (angle outside/inside 90°). This connecting element can also be used as a shelf for dishes, dressing or spices.

The connectors are made of 1 mm hygienic stainless steel, material no. 1.4301, satin-finished, 20 mm chipboard on all sides, melamine coated (white) and lined.

Available in external corner version:

The cover is intended for coupling 2 Rollitos across a corner (90° angle on the outside), to create an outside corner connection The cover is angled 1-fold on the operating side and 2-fold on the guest side. Space requirement in the longitudinal direction of the Rollito's (guest side) approx. 633 mm each.

Fastening without tools on the side panels of the Rollito's, as follows: The standard stainless steel cover on the side cheek of the Rollito is unclipped and parked in the side cheek. The cover (90° corner) is then clipped into the side cheeks of the Rollito's to be connected.

The cover is intended for coupling 2 Rollito's across a corner (angle inside 90°), to create an inside corner connection. The cover is angled 2-fold on the operating side and on the guest side. Fastening without tools on the side panels of the Rollitos, as follows: The standard stainless steel cover on the side cheek of the Rollitos is unclipped and parked in the side cheek. The cover (90° corner) is then clipped into the side cheeks of the Rollitos to be connected.

Available in the outer/inner corner version:

The cover is intended for coupling 2 Rollitos across a corner (angle 45°), to create an outside or inside corner connection. The cover is angled 1-fold inside and outside; side lengths approx. 205/205 mm, or approx. 455/455 mm.

Attachment without tools to the side panels of the Rollitos, as follows: The standard CNS cover on the side panel of the Rollitos is unclipped and parked in the side panel. The cover (45° corner) is then clipped onto the side panels of the Rollitos to be connected.

With the Rollito connector (in line), 2 Rollito's can be coupled in line. The connectors are made of 1 mm hygienic stainless steel, material no. 1.4301, satin-finished, lined on all sides with 20 mm chipboard, melamine coated (white).

Available in version for mobile Rollitos:

The cover is intended for coupling the Rollitos together. Space requirement in the longitudinal direction of the Rollito's approx. 30 mm between the side cheeks (mobile version).

Fixing without tools on the side cheeks of the Rollito's, as follows: The standard stainless steel cover on the Rollito's side cheek is unclipped and parked in the side cheek. The cover (connection parallel) is then clipped onto the side cheeks of the Rollito's to be connected.

Available in the version for standing Rollito's:

The cover is intended for coupling the Rollito's to each other. Space requirement in the longitudinal direction of the Rollito's (0 mm) (standing version), in the mobile version it can lead to tension due to unevenness of the floor.

Fixing without tools on the side cheeks of the Rollito's, as follows: The standard stainless steel cover on the side cheek of the Rollito is unclipped and parked in the side cheek. The cover (connection parallel) is then clipped onto the side cheeks of the Rollito's to be connected.

The Rollito top shelves (free-standing/solo) are placed loosely between the clipped-on stainless steel covers. A tapered pin on the cover prevents the shelf from being moved. This gives you flexibility in the design. The attachment can also be set up elsewhere, on other work tables (on site). The only requirement is a 230 V socket, if equipped with light or infrared radiator. The connection cable is generally on the right-hand side.

The top consists of 2 U-shaped uprights made of stainless steel rectangular tube 40 x 20 mm on the front side and inclined on the guest side, to be placed on the cover of the Rollito.

The attachment consists of 2 L-shaped uprights made of stainless steel rectangular tube 40 x 20 mm on the front side, inclined on the guest side, to be placed on the cover of the Rollito. The L-shaped uprights are connected lengthwise at the top with a brace made of rectangular tube 40 x 20 mm. Removably attached to this are 2 plate racks of 300 mm, made of 4 mm thick stainless steel, material no.: 1.4301 (CNS).

On the guest side, a hygienic sneeze guard made of laminated safety glass, permanently glazed.

The top without shelf, so that the vapours from the front cooking station acs can escape unhindered.

Operating side tray slide & panelling

The Rollito can be used as an island solution by means of a tray slide and panelling on the operating side, allowing guests to spread out on 2 sides, thus minimising unnecessary waiting times.

Decoration panel

The decoration panel, for hanging under the front panel, can be easily removed or replaced.

Stainless steel base shelf

The stainless steel base shelf, complete with round tube brace, for screwing to the side carriages of a Rollito. Available as an accessory only in combination with a decorative panel. Base shelf in stainless steel, with 19 mm , wood glued underneath, left and right with aperture for cable feed-through.

Suitable for Rollitos Universal, Bain-Marie and conditionally usable at the cold buffet.

Also available for varithek® buffet on request.

Service side tray slide

The operator-side tray slide is made of 3 longitudinal stainless steel round tubes, Ø 25 mm, with 312 mm storage surface. The tube ends are securely closed at the ends with plastic chrome caps. The tray slide can be folded down. The round tubes rest on 2-part, 4 mm thick CNS consoles, half recessed. The consoles are screwed to the side panels of the buffet. Hinge locked in horizontal position, secured against contact with the panelling of the buffet when folded down.

Special features Application/use

• With Rollito's many simple connection options, you always remain flexible - for daily changing requirements and fresh, new ideas.
• Many Rollito modules can be used on one or both sides.
• The modules can be electrically coupled together in series. On the operating side from right to left to the adjacent module.
• The maximum total connected load is 10.5 KW, at 400 V / 16 A. Exceptions to this are the Rollito Plus model in conjunction with a front cooking station acs. This must be connected separately.
• Some Rollitos can be equipped with an adapter for operation with 230 V / 16 A. The connected load must not exceed 3.5 KW. The connected load must not exceed 3.5 KW.
• On request, all modules can be supplied with country-specific plug versions. Please ask our consultant.
• Rollitos are designed for self-service with tray, but can also be equipped with a shortened plate slide on request.
• Each module can be combined with different attachments. The attachments are not permanently installed and are easily removable.
• For day-care centres and primary schools, the Rollitos can be manufactured in a max. height of 750 mm, but here we recommend, depending on the use (toddlers), only attachments with light (risk of burns). This means that even our youngest children can take part in serving meals.
• Rollito countertop display cases can also be placed on existing work surfaces at any time, as the unit is completely self-sufficient. You only need a floor space of approx. 1500 x 650 mm and a 230 V socket.

Individualisation options (length/attachments/cladding)

You can choose between 3 cabinet lengths. In addition, each carcase can be combined with different tops. The attachments are not permanently installed and are easily removable for cleaning, etc. More than 20 variants meet all requirements and integrate into any planning. All modules can be used individually or in combination.

Design

• The extensive model variants, have a light, functional design. They are equipped with a 240 mm front panel on the gas side as standard. Basic equipment also includes a fold-down round tube tray slide (gas side), mounted on the side panels.
• For some functions, we recommend certain attachments. We will be happy to advise you on this.
