Temperature data is captured by the Bluetooth-enabled core temperature probe or infrared temperature sensor and immediately transmitted to the CHECK app. This measurement is confirmed via the app and subsequently sent to the CHECK CLOUD for HACCP-compliant documentation. In case of deviations from the prescribed limit, the user is automatically provided with the correct corrective and action measures.
