Mobile CHECK

For the identification of the CHECK point, the attached QR code is scanned with the smartphone CHECK APP. This determines whether it is for recording temperature data, hygiene data, or checklists. The user is guided by the system at each checkpoint in a userfriendly manner, specifying what needs to be documented.

Core temperature measurement using the SMS principle

Scanning – Measuring – Sending (our patented method, Patent No.: DE 10 2013 011 987 B4 2019.06.27). Temperature data is captured by the Bluetooth-enabled core temperature probe or infrared temperature sensor and immediately transmitted to the CHECK app. This measurement is confirmed via the app and subsequently sent to the CHECK CLOUD for HACCP-compliant documentation. In case of deviations from the prescribed limit, the user is automatically provided with the correct corrective and action measures.

Hygiene management

If it concerns hygiene data, the cleaning status of the CHECK point can be documented using standardized selection and individual text functions. Additionally, a photo can be attached for a clear cleaning record, or external links, tutorial videos, cleaning instructions (PDF), or direct links for reordering through preferred online shops can be appended.

Service management

In addition to HACCP hygiene documentation, the individual text and photo function enables uncomplicated information management for a wide range of service cases across multiple organizational levels. This facilitates direct communication about issues such as faulty equipment, contaminations, or reorder needs. Additionally, customizable checklists tailored to your operational requirements provide an automated organizational tool for various task areas.

Auto CHECK

Auto CHECK utilizes temperature sensors (dishwasher-safe) securely installed in mobile/stationary devices or rooms. These sensors measure temperature at configurable intervals and automatically transmit data to a local gateway, which then forwards it directly to the CHECK CLOUD.

The browser-based cockpit facilitates the management, visualization, and analysis of collected process data. It allows configuration of measurement points and management of user rights through a centralized cockpit. Here, alerts, temperature limits, power meters, and measurement types can be defined. In addition to HACCP-compliant documentation, long-term energy and process optimization concepts can be developed using aggregated data. Asset and task management are tailored centrally to fit operational structures.

Automatic room temperature and humidity monitoring using upgradable sensors

These sensors measure the temperature at configurable intervals and automatically transmit the measurements to a local gateway, which then sends the data directly to the CHECK CLOUD. Upon exceeding or falling below the defined temperature levels, the user is promptly notified through the alarm function, allowing for timely corrective actions if necessary. In addition, it is also possible to measure the humidity to enable even more precise monitoring of the room environment.

A.I.-Core Temperature

Using artificial intelligence (A.I.), the core temperature is indicated with precision to 0.5 °C, ensuring not only the safe delivery of food to its destination but also seamless HACCP documentation without additional effort or paper chaos.

Temperature is captured through automatically transmitting radio room temperature sensors from the CHECK HACCP system, retrofittable for all mobile devices. Alongside the sensors, the "CHECK CLOUD" platform ensures GDPR-compliant information storage, complemented by the CHECK HACCP app, simplifying the thorough documentation of quality-relevant factors digitally, quickly, and effortlessly.
