In just a few steps, simply pre-order, collect and enjoy food at any time. Convenient and tasty for guests and employees at any time of the day – stress-free and highly flexible for caterers and canteens. New 24/7 catering irrespective of the time and personnel: for example, the serving time can be extended with minimal effort, especially for off-peak periods or to cater for employees who do not have the opportunity to go to the canteen. 

The multipolar® CONNECT refrigerator has 10 compartments, which can be digitally assigned to a food menu that can be freely selected via an app. This means that it is possible to offer a daily menu with all the components through to fruit and snacks or of course a smaller weekly menu. Several portions of food are located in one compartment.

• Select the location & time: The employee can easily pre-order the desired dishes at a specific collection time through the ventopay mocca.order pre-ordering system. Select the collection time and location with one click.
• Select the food: The next step is to select the food from the food menu in the ventopay pre-ordering system. You can start to work up an appetite from the small preview image.
• Make a digital payment: Once the food selection is in the basket, the customer has a choice of different payment methods. Payment by PayPal, Klarna or prepaid credit, from their wage or salary or by an open-loop payment method such as debit and credit cards.
• Different ways to open the compartments: The customer can use their customer card, the mocca.loyalty customer loyalty app or a QR code to collect their pre-ordered products from the multipolar® CONNECT refrigerator at the selected time. They hold their customer card on the local terminal or scan their QR code and then the compartment opens automatically.
• Remove & enjoy: Now the customer can take their pre-ordered treats out of the refrigerator and then simply close the compartments and the refrigerator, et voilà, – Guten Appetit, enjoy your meal.
