Freshness at Hugo Boss does not begin in the kitchen. It is part of a holistic concept. microgreens are grown directly on site in the microgreen rack under controlled conditions. The cultivation is visibly integrated, making freshness and origin immediately tangible for employees and guests.

To keep the harvested microgreens optimally fresh, they are stored in the freshpolar® refrigerator. The integrated innovative hygiene filter technology ensures a hygienically clean environment and significantly extends shelf life. From growth to preparation, quality remains consistently assured. In this way, freshness is not only created, but consistently preserved.
