Bluetooth-enabled core temperature sensor for quick core temperature measurements with the CHECK CLOUD app. A very fast response time (3 sec.) and a measuring range of -49.9 °C to +299 °C. Enables digital and HACCP-compliant documentation according to the patented “SMS principle” of scan-measure-send (DE 10 2013 011 987 B4 2019.06.27). In the event of deviations from the prescribed limit value, the right corrective measures/actions are automatically sent to the user.

This report compares the CO₂ emissions of reusable GN containers made of stainless steel and Green Steel with conventional plastic disposable packaging. The results show which packaging solutions are more sustainable in the long term and how their environmental impact develops over several usage cycles. The aim is to create a sound basis for decisions on the use of more environmentally friendly packaging in the food and catering sectors.
