Bluetooth-enabled infrared and core temperature probe for fast temperature measurement with the CHECK CLOUD app, even without piercing the food. Measuring range from -50 °C to +250 °C. Enables digital & HACCP-compliant documentation, according to the patented "SMS principle" scan-measure-send (DE 10 2013 011 987 B4 2019.06.27). In case of deviations from the prescribed limit, corrective/action measures are automatically submitted to the app user.
