SWISS PLY | eco Multilayer-Material

As soon as direct temperature transitions are relevant, Rieber offers the decisive material difference in terms of efficiency and food quality with the thermally highly functional SWISS-PLY multilayer material. With the inner aluminium core between two stainless steel layers, the SWISS-PLY multilayer material achieves up to 10 times better conductivity than pure stainless steel.

SWISS-PLY with the aluminium core is 1 to 50 mm thick and offers you exactly the heat or cold distribution and storage capacity that your product solution requires.

Zone subdivision
  • our SWISS-PLY panels can also be divided into different zones
  • from 2 to 6 zones or more
  • depending on the customer's wishes, we can separate different zones within one plate.
  • this means that a plate can be used variably - from keeping warm to grilling, cooking and roasting.
