The Gasthaus Lamm has maintained a family tradition since 1860 and has since developed into a very modern, sustainable restaurant and accommodation business in its fifth generation.

This allows them to supply kindergartens, schools, companies, inclusion centers, retirement homes, and private individuals with healthy lunches – all without disposable packaging waste and the chaos of paper lists.

Revolutionary AI for food transport in use at Gasthaus Lamm

Partners axino, CHECK CLOUD, and Rieber have succeeded in determining the quality of food during transport without manual measurements. The new solution allows for core temperature indication to an exact 0.5 °C. This system is now in use at Gasthaus Lamm, enabling seamless HACCP documentation without additional effort.

Sustainability is a top priority for the company. Approximately 80% of the electricity is generated on-site from the CHP plant and the PV systems with storage.

They are also regionally certified with the highest possible award, "Scheck den Süden." They are also organically certified for ingredients and certified by the German Food and Nutrition Association (DGE). All pasta, except for whole-grain products, is produced in-house.

Mr. Roman Mattheis himself is a candidate to become an organic mentor and is actively involved as a project advisor at Schmeck den Süden.
