The integrated hygiene filter system reliably eliminates all bacteria and germs, creating an absolutely hygienic environment. Thanks to intelligent air circulation, dynamic cooling and humidity are evenly distributed and maintained. As a result, microgreens, herbs, and other fresh products stay fresh, crisp, and rich in nutrients for an extended period—without any loss of quality.

The interior is equipped with a deep-drawn stainless steel basin, ensuring not only effortless cleaning but also meeting the highest hygiene standards, making it ideal for professional use in gastronomy and communal catering.

Thanks to the GN 2/1 interior dimensions, fresh products can be stored efficiently, practically, and hygienically within the GN system. The included three shelves allow for flexible arrangement of GN containers, such as 6x GN 1/6 containers or, for direct insertion without shelves, 1x GN 1/1 container. The GN depth of 20 mm is optimal for presenting microgreens.

With specially designed lid systems, such as the innovative Fresh Membrane, the shelf life and quality of breathable foods like salads, fruits, and vegetables can be further extended. This system allows CO2 to escape while preventing oxidation from air oxygen. Additionally, odors and germs cannot mix.

The GN system saves significant time in handling and cleaning while providing a standardized and compatible organization with high space efficiency, offering 30–50% more usable cooling capacity.

In addition to its functionality, the freshpolar® also impresses visually: The indirect LED lighting in the glass door illuminates the interior in various colors—ranging from striking vertical farming light scenarios to customized corporate branding colors. This creates an eye-catching presentation of fresh food—similar to a premium steak in a Beefer, but designed for healthy, fresh products.

In combination with the digital CHECK TRACE system and QR-code-based GN organization, intelligent and transparent storage management is possible. This allows real-time tracking of which food items are in the refrigerator and at what temperature they are stored.

With CHECK HACCP, automatic digital HACCP room temperature and humidity monitoring is enabled, ensuring seamless and secure HACCP documentation. Additionally, the system provides early alerts in case of anomalies in temperature and humidity tolerance ranges.
